-الأوراق الرسمية للشركة، ونبذة عامة عن الشركة مع بيان طبيعة نشاطها والاعفاءات الممنوحة.
- كشف بالأصول المملوكة للشركة و الشركاء مع ما يثبت ذلك (إن وجد).
-كشف بالالتزامات القائمة.
- كشف بالماكينات و/أو الآلات مع بيان قيمة كل منها وتحديد المرهون منها.
-ميزانية الشركة لآخر سنتين بالإضافة الى ميزان مراجعة حتى تاريخه (إن وجد).
- أوراق الجهاز:
-عرض سعر بالماكينات و/أو الآلات من موضح بكامل التفاصيل.
- دراسة جدوى بالماكينات و/أو الآلات المطلوب تمويلها.
- اتفاقية إعادة شراء من الوكيل (إن وجد).
